The magician displays three differently colored acrylic blocks and a polished brass tube. The blocks are openly inserted into the tube one by one. In spite of the apparent fairness of the procedure, the blocks impossibly rearrange themselves inside the tube. The effect may be repeated immediately, leaving spectators with an unforgettable demonstration of an impossible transposition.
 
CONDITION NOTES:  We believe this set dates to the 1940s or 1950s. It is nicely constructed with a polished brass tube accented by a copper center band, while the blocks appear to be made of Bakelite. The set has cleaned up very well and displays beautifully. Although we have been unable to identify the original manufacturer, we have included instructions so it is ready for display or performance.
