While the rabbit keeps regular hours, you can browse and place orders anytime. He occasionally pops in outside normal hours—especially while smoothing out any new-site hiccups—so you might just catch him online!

Being an online business, you can browse and make purchases any time—day or night!

 

However, our resident rabbit needs his rest. He’s typically at work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), hopping through orders, messages, and a bit of magic.

 

He steadfastly refuses to work weekends and holidays, but every now and then, you might catch him sneaking in to answer a question or two.

We’ll be around a bit more than usual while working through any of the little hiccups that come with launching a new website and online store. So, if you happen to reach out outside our normal hours, there’s a chance we’ll be able to hop in and assist!
