The performer shows eleven cards, all Jokers. He also shows that ten of the Jokers have backs of one color (blue) while the remaining Joker has a back of a different color (red).
 
One by one the blue backed Jokers change into red ones by ‘rubbing’ the red backed Joker against the back of the blue ones. The effect is finished with all Jokers having identical red backs.
