Effect: The performer displays a deck of cards in it's original case, inside another cut-out box. The box has a large cut out window on top and an opening at one end. The card case is clearly visible through the window and opening at the end of the box.
 
He takes out the card case from the box and states that he is going to penetrate one playing card through the deck, and the case.
 
Performer opens the card case and removes one card from it. (Say, the Nine of Diamonds.) He says that the Nine of Diamonds will penetrate through the case and the box.
 
He pushes the card back into the card case and puts the card case inside the box. He now taps the box, but nothing seems to happen.
 
Appearing surprised, the performer turns the box over. The box is now completely empty, with no trace of the card case or the deck of cards! The inside of the box is clearly seen through the window and the side opening.
