THE ULTIMATE PREDICTION is a best kept secret. Ten cards are placed on a table or close-up mat, half face up – half face down. The cards facing up have red spots on them. Previous to the performance the magician writes a prediction and gives it to a spectator while asking the spectator to give a number from one to ten (free choice) and to count down to that card. The card is shown to the audience to have a blue back, the rest are turned over and shown to be all red backs.
 
The envelope is opened and is read as follows, “You will select the only blue card on the table.”
