This is a vintage Magic Makers product, still new in the box.
 
Open this wonderfully crafted wooden box of mystery for your audience.  Explain to them that while the tube looks empty, there is really a small genie inside who love colorful things.  Close and latch the tube.
 
Have an audience member rub the box 3 times while choosing a color, (let's say red, yellow or green).  Your audience will be astonished when you magically produce a red, then yellow, then green silk from the Magic Mini Genie Box.
 
You could also do this trick in reverse and have the silks disappear, or with paper money.
