We're honestly not entirely sure how this one works. The instructions are a bit vague about the effect, and it's unclear whether it's meant to be a mentalism trick. What we do know is—the cards themselves are pretty hilarious.
 
We believe it is complete, as the instructions note 17 cards and there are 17 cards.  There may have been an effect description, though if there was, it is missing.
 
Condition Notes:  Overall complete and in very good condition with only minor age-related wear and possibly some light discoloration.
