Impossible but true, a long sharp needle with a cord is punched into a standard balloon and out the other side without breaking!
 
CONDITION NOTES:  One needle is new and remains in its original plexiglass protector. The second needle shows minor wear but appears fully functional. Balloons are not included, though they are easily available online.
