A priceless masterpiece, Vincent van Gogh's famous self-portrait, is placed inside an envelope and shown to the audience. The envelope is then packed inside an ornate frame and secured within a small crate.
 
Everything appears completely fair. The framed package is sealed and displayed for all to see.
When the crate is opened and the envelope removed, the impossible has happened. The envelope is empty and the portrait has completely vanished. The audience is left wondering where the famous masterpiece could have disappeared to.
 
A clever visual mystery that puts a magical twist on a classic vanish effect and is easy to learn and perform.

We have also included additional photos featuring two Houdini posters. Each set contains two matching posters designed for the standard routine, along with an extra poster showing the scene without Houdini. This additional poster allows you to perform an impressive vanishing effect, making it appear as though Houdini has mysteriously disappeared right from the image. The extra artwork opens the door to several creative presentation possibilities and adds even more versatility to the routine.
