Cord-A-Card by Martini
Three cards are show, each with a hole in one end. The odd card is placed in the middle and a band snapped around. A cord is threaded thru the holes and tied. While spectator holds the cords ends, you reach up and pull the odd card free.
 
CONDITION NOTES: 
Original cards included; one shows some discoloration from long-term storage with a rubber band
An additional replacement set of Fox Lake cards is provided for performance use
Both sets are workable, and you could also prepare your own cards from any spare deck if desired
