FIND THE RED SPOT
 
Unlike most dissertations on the three card trick, this method which I am about to describe to you is one that I did not learn from any book but from the street pitchmen of Budapest. So that I can say with a clear conscience that the youth was not entirely misspent. In Hungary it is called “Find the Red Spot” and the apparatus that I supply with this apparatus is exactly what is used by the gentlemen who make their living by it.
 
You receive three metal cards, two of which are blank, one of which has a red spot. All the cards are “bridged” to facilitate ease of handling. You will notice that all the cards have holes stamped out at one end and one of the narrow edge. I have also supplied a soft pad on which to work. If you don’t use the pad any soft covered surface will do, but don’t work this routine on a hard surface as the cards have a tendency to “jump”. Although I would prefer that you learn this routine with the metal cards if you would rather use playing cards I have included a set with this outfit. But whether you use metal or ordinary cards the big plus for this effect is that the cards can be examined before and after the routine.
 
The history of this “Find the Red Dot” dates back to medieval times and this is the same method that is in use today except for two new moves of my own invention which blend into the whole sequence of events so that they become an integral part of the original routine.
Although you won’t perform this routine in five minutes I guarantee that if you give it the time it merits you will have a routine that you will be proud to perform and a routine your audiences will remember you for.
 
CONDITION NOTES:  Very good condition with minimal wear.  The 'Cards' are hammered aluminum and will last a lifetime.
