This is ultimately the Himber Wallet.  (although, no credit was given with the instructions)
 
Presented by Ravel, A G&G Enterprises Production.  This is not a leather wallet, but rather a vinyl plastic with an embossed texture plastic.  It is however, well made and the red interior gives it a nice touch.
