A vintage Shock Pen novelty prank produced by Loftus for Empire in 2004. It resembles an ordinary retractable pen, but pressing the top delivers a harmless electric shock to the unsuspecting user.
 
The pen originally included one AAA battery, which can be accessed by twisting the lower barrel counterclockwise and removing the point.
 
Condition: The pen remains attached to the original packaging. The cardboard backing has noticeable storage wear, including creases, edge wear, scuffing and discoloration. The original battery is still installed but will likely require replacement due to age. Untested.
 
Not recommended for children, adults over 60, anyone in poor health or anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted medical device.
