This is a bar trick - even a bar gag. You see Larry West was forced to do a performance in a bar many years ago and decided he needed some material specifically designed for that audience. I think you will agree that he succeeded admirably. The trick was so good that he has been “forced” to return to many bars ever since just to perform this effect.
 
I think we should dedicate this trick to "Ace" Gorham. This dear man was the last person in the world that you would expect to find doing bar gags... but you forget, he was a consummately good performer and magician and knew how to "sell" many different types of material. He carried this effect with him everywhere and liked it so well that he had Ed Mishell draw him an EXTRA special lady. I now have that original art work in my office and I treasure it highly. So, I at least, have no doubt what the first trick was that "Ace" showed to the "boys upstairs"!!
