Performer pretends to remove a pack of cards from his pocket. Removing cards from the case, shuffles and cuts them, even allowing spectator to cut the invisible pack. Performer then requests spectator to remove any card from imaginary deck. Performer now turns deck face up, having selected card replaced face down, spectator remembering selected card. Performer replaces deck in case and returns same to his pocket. Now upon asking name of selected card, performer removes a visible deck from his pocket. Cards are removed from case, spread, finding one card face down. This card is turned face up and proved to be selected card.
 
As shown, there is some writing on the playing card cover and instruction sheet. This set includes two decks—one Haines House of Cards (Fox Lake) and one Hoi Polloi deck. Both are in good condition.
