Comedy Square Knot
 
You hold the two ends of the rope and ask the spectator to tie a square knot. If they don’t know how, reassure them that any knot will do. Once the knot is tied, you take back the rope and explain that you’re going to “test” it. You pull on the ends and, instead of tightening, the rope visibly forms the shape of a perfect square.
 
A simple visual gag that gets an immediate laugh, ideal for kids’ shows or as a quick, charming opener.
