Films and a camera aren’t always available, so the performer introduces a “camera” made entirely from playing cards. A card is inserted as the film and instantly develops into a blank card, as though the exposure failed. A second attempt produces a hilariously mixed-up image. Finally, on the third try, the magical camera works perfectly and develops a surprise picture card right before the audience’s eyes. A clever, visual packet effect with a charming comedy presentation and multiple magical transformations.
