A spectator holds a single sponge cube in their closed hand. The magician touches the hand with a coin, and the cube mysteriously multiplies into two. The spectator now holds both cubes, and with another touch of the coin, they multiply again, becoming three.
The three cubes are openly placed into the spectator’s hand. The magician asks, “Would you believe there are four now?” After touching the spectator’s hand once more with the coin, the spectator opens their hand to find that the cubes have transformed into a single larger sponge shaped like the number four.
Magic by Gosh was a well-known manufacturer of magic props, especially famous for producing some of the finest sponge balls and sponge products used by magicians around the world. Their items were prized for their softness, durability, and consistent quality, making them a favorite for close-up performers for decades. Although their products remain highly regarded among collectors and performers, Magic by Gosh is no longer producing new items, which has made their original pieces increasingly sought after.
