Produce a bowl of water over 6 inches in diameter and 4.5 inches high! The stand does the trick for you. You can even produce dry silks first, then the water.  Can be done surrounded.
 
CONDITION NOTES:  Unfortunately, this does not include the bowl or foulard.  Overall in excellent condition with minimal wear.  Great display piece or replacement part.
