VOLUME 1: HEAVY METAL SERIES
Quantum Tunneling – Three coins penetrate the table one after another in an updated handling that includes a surprising finish.
Heisenberg Routine 1 – A Coins Across routine for formal sit-down shows. Three silver half dollars travel individually from the left hand to join an odd coin in the right. Incorporates Al’s Pop-Up Move and the Max Al Ping Chen sequence for a stronger conclusion.
Special Export 1 – A shorter version of Heisenberg Routine 1 for casual and walk-around performances, using the Max Al Ping Chen sequence and shell technology.
Katanga – Coins are arranged in a symbolic pattern and covered with small cards. Each time the cards are lifted, the coins form a different pattern, building to a spectacular conclusion.
Sparrow 1 – An easy-to-master Coins Across routine using shell technology. Three silver coins travel from one hand to the other to join an odd coin, leaving the performer free to focus on presentation.
Zen Matrix – An extended routine that builds toward the classic Matrix as its finale. A Zen-inspired presentation heightens the impact, suggesting that the strongest magic happens when the performer does nothing and lets the Universe work.
Hexpansion of Texture – Six borrowed quarters magically enter a bag formed from a handkerchief while a spectator holds it. An expanded approach to Expansion of Texture designed to make the magic feel real.
Stargate – A Coins Across routine developed to give the final transposition greater impact. The ending builds on the preceding magic, and the routine can be repeated immediately for walk-around situations.
Osmosis – Three silver dollars held at the fingertips are covered with a see-through cloth. With minimal motion, each coin is pulled through the cloth, eliminating the unusual folds and twists of traditional handkerchief penetrations.
C/S Envelopes – A large silver coin and a brass coin with a hole are fairly placed into separate small envelopes, yet change places under remarkably clean conditions. Explores double-sided envelopes rather than double-sided coins.
VOLUME 2: NATURAL ELEMENTS SERIES
Heisenberg Routine 2 – A variation of Al’s Coins Across routine using the Max Al Ping Chen sequence, standard finger palm, and Al Schneider’s Snap Back Move to accomplish the Pop-Up sequence.
False Start – A selected card is placed among a small packet of indifferent cards, vanishes, and reappears when the rest of the deck is ribbon spread. Uses a normal, shuffled deck with handling designed to convincingly establish the vanish.
Excalibur – A clean, direct copper/silver exchange using only two coins. The magic can happen in a spectator’s hand without elaborate coaching, making it a practical anytime routine.
Spell Switch – Selected cards from ordinary red and blue decks change places. The effect is repeated using a deceptively simple method.
Ring and Pencil – A ring is threaded onto a pencil whose ends are held by a spectator. The ring vanishes from the pencil and appears on the performer’s finger.
Pop Thru – The Pop-Up Move is applied to Coins Through the Table. Three coins are clearly placed into the hand above the table and penetrate the surface one at a time.
Special Export 2 – A quick, flashy Coins Across routine adapting Special Export 1 to ungimmicked coins and the Max Al Ping Chen move. Suitable for walk-around performances.
Quick Card Tricks – Three short magical card flourishes: two visual card changes and a card vanish.
Sparrow 2 – An ungimmicked version of Sparrow 1 that retains the simple handling. Three coins travel individually from one hand to the other.
New Off – A finger ring threaded onto a short rope falls free three times. This updated handling allows both hands to be shown empty before the ring comes off.
Clipper – Four half dollars form a square on the table, with two dollar bills covering two coins. In three moves, three coins gather beneath one bill. A direct, clean routine reminiscent of Sympathetic Coins.
Bottoms Up – Three sponge balls are placed beneath the table one at a time. Each visibly penetrates upward through the tabletop, with no gimmicks or extra balls.
Matrix – Al Schneider’s classic presentation. Four coins are covered with four cards and magically gather beneath a single card without being touched.
VOLUME 3: RARE EARTH SERIES
Diffusion – Two spectators freely select cards, one from a face-up deck and the other from the same deck held face down. Placed back to back, the selections seemingly merge into a single card.
Back & Forth – An oriental coin and a silver half dollar change places between the performer’s hand and a coffee mug covered by a spectator. The exchange is repeated with a coin envelope while the spectator controls both coins.
Sly Cross Card – Three coins vanish individually and appear beneath two crossed cards on the table. Both hands are shown empty after each vanish. Flowing handling makes this routine suitable for performance to music.
Goo Go – A silver dollar is slowly placed into a closed hand, then vanishes. Both sides of the hands are shown before the coin is magically extracted from the closed hand.
Universal Card – A blank card brushes a packet of three selections, taking on the identity of each selected card in turn. Uses Marlo’s Universal Card concept without sleight of hand.
Eight Dollar Matrix – Four dollar bills cover four silver dollars for a clean Matrix routine. For the finale, the bills are gathered in the center of the table, and all four coins vanish from the hands to appear beneath them.
Diamonds and Coins – An oriental coin and a silver dollar repeatedly change places between the performer’s fingertips and a position beneath a large acrylic diamond.
Broken & Restored Potato Chip – A potato chip is crushed in the performer’s hand. The other hand briefly covers it, then moves away to reveal the chip restored.
Synchronicity – A spectator cuts the deck and deals cards into two equal piles. During further dealing, the spectator decides when pairs of cards are switched. Despite these choices, corresponding cards in both piles match in color and value.
Twentieth Century Yarn Yank – Two red pieces of yarn are tied together and placed in a coin envelope. A yellow piece resting on top vanishes, then is discovered tied between the red pieces inside.
Out of Control Ace Collection – A spectator finds the four Aces. Each is placed on the table and covered with three cards dealt by the spectator. The spectator chooses a pile, and all four Aces gather there.
No Slide Envelopes – A coin vanishes and appears inside a coin envelope. An experiment exploring self-sealing envelopes with a slide.
Shadow Coins Across – Three silver dollars lie in a row beside a copper coin. The performer slowly covers the coins, and the silver dollars travel one at a time to join the copper coin without apparent movement.
