A card is chosen in a normal sized deck and shuffled back in by the spectator. You state that you would like to show them the very first card trick that you learned. You produce a miniature box of cards which you lay on the back of your outstretched fingers and tell them to concentrate on their card.
 
Suddenly the little box begins to stand up on your hand.
 
You snap your fingers and one card rises out of the box which you remove and show around. It proves to be a match of the chosen card.
